Very compassionate and caring, gave us some alone time with our dog before they took her. I am glad we chose in home euthanasia.Tessa laid on her favorite blanket on the floor, not on a cold table at the vet office.The vet that came to our house was very quiet spoken, caring and compassionate. He explained the whole process to us ahead of time so we knew what was happening each step.if we had any questions he was able to answer and put our minds at easy. no one wants to have to put down their family dog for any reason but dr vriend makes the process as easy and smooth as possible. dr vriend made me feel comfortable from the moment we first spoke on the phone when i was inquiring about his services- he listened to my worries and assured me that we were making the right choice. when the time came, he was so amazing with explaining every step so that there were no surprises and we were prepared for all that was to come.

i cannot say enough good things about compassionate pet crossing. dr vriend’s presence is so calming and reassuring. he clearly knows what he is doing and cares very deeply about animals and their humans.

I was extremely pleased with this service start to finish. The items I received after my pups passing are are all of high quality and you can tell care was taken with the whole process.

Dr. Vriend was the best part of the whole process. He was kind and compassionate as well as very thorough with his explanation of the whole process. I am a middle school teacher and as it turns out, Dr. Vriend was a student of mine from way back. I’m so grateful to found Dr. V. His service was exactly what my family needed. Our 15 year old fury friend passed very comfortably. Dr V walked us thru every step. I can’t explain how wonderful Dr. Michael is. He is gentle and caring, treated my dog with such care and compassion. He also treated me with compassion. It was painless and as hard as it was, I couldn’t imagine anyone else being here for my Big Girl. Sadness and heartache was obviously part of it but I was left with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude.
